Payments and Security
Payment terms: Payment is due upon sale of item. Some items will require a custom shipping quote, once the customer has agreed to the shipping terms payment is due in full prior to shipment.
Security: Your payment information is not stored by Mel Middleton Fine Art, we utilize a third party payment processing system (Stripe or Apple Pay, depending on your preference) that encrypts your sensitive information (credit card data) and transmits to us in a secured fashion. Your information is protected both on and offline.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping: All shipments of original fine art are carefully packaged and processed through UPS out of Greenville, SC within 5-7 days of your purchase. Given the unique nature and custom size of the original artwork, shipping and handling fees will be added to your purchase. For oversize items we will send you a customized shipping quote for your approval prior to shipment. Once the item has shipped you will be provided with an insurance and tracking number for your convenience. Most items will normally arrive within 5-7 days of ship date.
International Orders: For orders outside of the US, please email us at hello@melmiddleton.com to receive an additional, customized shipping quote. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns: Please note that all sales of original art are final with exception to extreme circumstances. Please email Mel at hello@melmiddleton.com to discuss any concerns you may have.

Intellectual Property Rights: All artwork is the sole property of Mel Middleton and is held under copyright, including any previously sold and commissioned original paintings. I retain the right to create reproductions of any and all artwork. Any artwork that is purchased, including commissions, or images and content from this website may not be copied, printed, or reproduced for personal or commercial gain without the written consent from Mel Middleton.
